 Feature Tracking...
The purpose of this thread is to track features as they progress. This first post covers what is currently being implemented and tested, the second covers planned / potential features, the third dates when features are added into the release. This thread is locked to keep things clean, and encourage new threads to be created when questions are had; creating new threads for questions should make searching easier down the road.

Net Code Improvement
Reviewing and fixing all old code. Most, if not all, net issues trace back to my not understanding UE3 replication when this project started. Once fixed, ping will still be an issue, but EU / East Coast players should be able to play fine.

Additional Brushes
I've found a couple of tutorials detailing how to code new brushes and plan to add the following...
  • UV Sphere
  • Torus

Custom Particle Behavior
The Cascade system in UDK is great, but lacks some features I'd like to explore. Primarily, it can be difficult or impossible to control some of the spawn behavior. Without going into great detail, the planned changes will allow for more intricate behavior such as particles that chase players or objects or particles that can orbit around an object.
