Post Making another map...
Although I haven't had much time for programming, I've been working on a new map whenever I have some spare minutes. I've been messing around with material shaders and such to see how visually interesting I can make things. I'm also revisiting the skate park theme, but am focusing more on vertical routes so we can really evaluate jetpack thrust and the magnitude of gravity. This new map should also be a great testing ground for the movement system in general. Might also drop in some teleporters(if I can workout some smooth transitions).

Just thought I would keep everyone up to date since things have been slow. Videos will be up once the map is roughly finished.

would love to see a minotaur"ish" alike map.

had some thoughts about a map with huge underground like submarine wharf, like massive pipes comming in from the sea.
wich been drained from its water that you could skii in.

Yea, pipes will be awesome with carving. I imagine pipes will end up being a pretty common shape on free fall maps.

Eventually water will be very interesting for surfing. Down the line I want mappers to be able to implement waves for players to use. Depending on how well waves can be implemented, due to planned gravity volumes, waves could logically travel across complex surfaces; which could be a neat mechanic(maybe).
